Group classes emphasize teaching strength as a skill because strength is the master quality that makes all other physical qualities more easily attainable (i.e. the stronger you are the easier it will be to achieve improved speed, flexibility, power, endurance, increased muscularity or fat-loss).

Our classes are a blend of personal training in a group setting that will not only improve your quality of movement, safety during training and personal fitness, but it will enable you to experience greater results from other forms of training as well. Techniques and programming are modified to suit the individual's unique needs and abilities. Emphasis is given to safety, movement quality, technique and building strength in that order.

Participants undergo regular assessments and follow individualized technique lessons and programming in a group setting as they work toward competence in an increasingly challenging series of movements, techniques and performance benchmarks.
